Position – Design Project Manager – Data Center Design Location: USA (can be based anywhere in the USA; travel up to 30% domestically)

Role Accountabilities

Facilitate client requirements for the design of hyperscale data centers throughout the United States.

Manage the design process from campus planning/basis of the design stage through issuance of construction drawings, including shared plan creation, oversight of construction‑administration services, coordination of procurement, issuance and administration of change orders related to design and project scope, issuance of engineering information to vendors and suppliers, etc.

Work with internal and external teams building strong positive relationships to produce quality work, provide clear communication, and ensure the project meets required milestones and deadlines.

Attend project sites and client meetings; travel is anticipated to total up to 30% of the schedule.

Ensure project deliverables meet milestones and deadlines and are presented in the format required by the final client and related teams.

Qualifications & Experience

10 or more years of project design experience with data center designs, or large complex construction projects such as hospitals, high‑rises, laboratories, manufacturing plants, or high‑power plants.

Experience working with internal and external multidisciplinary teams, including direct collaboration with final client teams.

Experience preparing project plans, technical specifications, development of project implementation plans and schedules, and coordination of internal and external teams.

Experience with Autodesk Platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or Building Information Modelling (BIM) engineered solutions.

BA in Architecture or Engineering, or a related field. Preferred licensure (PE, NCARB, RA) is strongly preferred.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects with evolving priorities in a dynamic, deadline‑driven environment.

Salary Range $80,461 – $132,761 (based on experience, education, budget, etc.)
