Senior Product Designer , you’ll influence major product decisions and shape intuitive web and mobile experiences across core product lines — from property operations to tenant engagement to portfolio intelligence.
You’ll combine creative problem-solving with strong research and JTBD-driven insights, especially where AI and automation can unlock smarter workflows.
What You’ll Be Doing
Take full ownership of end-to-end design within a core product area
Lead user research, interviews, and JTBD studies to uncover opportunities
Run usability testing + data-driven experiments to validate design decisions
Partner with engineering and data teams to prototype
AI-powered experiences
Clearly communicate design intent and influence product direction
Help expand and maintain a unified design system
Mentor teammates and contribute to a strong, collaborative design culture
Deliver measurable outcomes — efficiency, adoption, satisfaction, etc.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of product design experience with shipped web/mobile work
Strong grounding in research methodologies (JTBD, usability testing, analytics)
Ability to design for complex multi-user workflows
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Nice to Have (Highly Valued)
Experience designing
AI-assisted or agentic workflows
Background in
enterprise SaaS
or
B2B/operational platforms
Industry familiarity with
