DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MARKETING AND PROPOSAL COORDINATOR: Key team member in the development of proposals, presentations, and all components including required forms, key personnel resumes, transmittals, editing and proposal production.

Collaborate with technical staff on schedule, logistics, and project approach for pursuits.

Proactively oversee the writing, quality control, and editing of proposal content.

Evolving proposal creation process with continuous improvement based on client feedback.

Track proposal metrics for more effective client insight.

Collect, organize, and maintain a high volume of dynamic data for projects, team members, and market sectors.

Collaborate with Business Development Manager to maintain photography database.

Assist with internal and external event planning including marketing equipment, SWAG, and supplies.

Assist Business Development Manager with graphic design for Social Media content.

Implement cohesive and strategic corporate identity to use in collateral, public relations, and advertising.

Perform any additional duties as directed by executive team.

YOU ARE A ROCKSTAR WITH: Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign – intermediate or advanced skills.

Excellent communication through various channels (phone, email, text, etc.)

YOU HAVE: A/E/C experience (2-5 years preferred).

At least 2 years of coursework studying Journalism, Graphic Design, Marketing, English, Communications or related field.

Strong writing and editing skills, and exceptional graphic layout design skills.

Work independently and effectively in a fast‑paced environment with the ability to meet strict deadlines.

Demonstrate strong time management and planning skills.

Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑starter.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent grammatical, proofreading, and editing abilities.

Knowledge of graphic design principles and experience translating ideas into visual graphics.

High‑level discernment for confidential and proprietary information.

Knowledge of Construction or AEC industry and marketing fundamentals.

Reliable, dependable, and punctual.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS FOR THIS ROLE: 100% in‑office.

Available to work overtime when required.

Occasional travel to client offices, jobsites, or special events.
