Management inSites is seeking a skilled and strategic
Digital Marketing Specialist
to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our clients’ digital marketing initiatives, focusing on the unique challenges and opportunities within the industrial marketing and capital equipment sectors. About Management inSites At Management inSites, we specialize in helping foreign companies—most in the industrial, manufacturing, and B2B realms—start and run their U.S. businesses through our International Business Incubator program. From a marketing standpoint, we adapt their message for a U.S. audience and support their sales initiatives with digital marketing to grow their businesses. We offer a full suite of services, including digital marketing strategy, content creation, website SEO, and digital marketing execution. We believe that effective marketing is about understanding our clients’ complex businesses and helping them connect with the right customers.
What You’ll Do As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that generate leads and increase brand visibility for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
Strategy and Planning:
Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to industrial businesses and capital equipment manufacturers.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and build link strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Paid Search (PPC):
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including keyword bidding, ad copy creation, and performance analysis.
Content Marketing:
Collaborate with our team and our clients’ teams to develop compelling content (blog posts, case studies, white papers, etc.) that speaks to the specific needs of our clients’ target audience.
Social Media Management:
Develop and manage social media campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Email Marketing:
Design and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and build customer relationships.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console, providing clear, insightful reports to our clients.
Research and Learning:
Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, implementing learnings into everyday practices.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on industrial or B2B sectors. Experience with capital equipment marketing is a significant plus.
Technical Proficiency:
WordPress and Elementor
Google Suite (expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads (Search & Display), and Google Search Console)
Loomly
Asana
Canva and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
Mailchimp, HubSpot, or other marketing automation tools
SEO Tools (familiarity with research and analysis tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz)
Data Visualization: Experience creating clear and compelling reports
Generative AI
SEO/PPC Expertise:
Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
Strong Analytical Skills:
Comfortable with data, able to interpret metrics, and use insights to make strategic decisions.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for collaborating with our team and communicating with clients.
Adaptability:
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to the specific needs of diverse clients.
Self‑Starter:
Proactive mindset and ability to work independently to achieve goals. You’ll be the sole person responsible, empowered to make key decisions and drive the work forward.

Additional Information
Compensation:
$62,000-$70,000 based on experience, degree, and skillset.
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States will be required.
This is a full‑time (40‑hour‑per‑week) position working out of our Charlotte, NC office.
Benefits include: 401(k) and 401(k) matching; health, dental, and vision insurance; optional LTD insurance; and paid time off (PTO).
Occasional nights and weekends are required (rare).
