to hire a

Senior Marketing Manager, Brand & Performance .

Our client operates internationally and leverages innovative technology, data-driven insights, and frictionless user experiences to connect millions of customers with cultural events across major markets.

They are scaling their marketing team and looking for a strategic, analytical, and hands‑on marketer who can drive customer acquisition and market growth in one of their highest-priority regions.

This role is

hybrid , requiring

3 days per week onsite

in the Greater New York City area.

About the Role The Senior Marketing Manager will take full ownership of acquisition, performance marketing, and onsite optimization for the New York market. This is a highly cross‑functional role that combines strategic planning, execution, experimentation, and merchandising.

You will partner closely with product, creative, paid media, and commercial teams to shape impactful campaigns informed by local insights and data.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute the

growth marketing strategy

across paid, owned, and onsite channels to drive customer acquisition.

Analyze audience gaps and build data‑backed marketing plans to address them; test, iterate, and report on performance.

Use customer insights and commercial priorities to determine

what to promote, where, and when .

Lead onsite merchandising efforts for major conversion moments (product launches, creative updates, promotions, etc.).

Identify and test new growth surfaces, including emerging digital platforms and out‑of‑home opportunities.

Operate with a strong sense of ownership—moving quickly, making strategic decisions, and mobilizing cross‑functional partners.

Stay closely connected to the local cultural landscape to ensure timely and relevant marketing initiatives.

Ownership:

proactive identification of opportunities and clear leadership across teams.

Candidate Profile We’re looking for someone with:

5–7 years

in growth, performance, or e‑commerce marketing across multi‑product environments.

Strong experience collaborating with paid media teams across channels (paid search, paid social, connected TV, etc.).

Fluency in performance channels:

paid social, paid search, display, affiliate .

Experience in

onsite conversion optimization , including merchandising and promotional planning.

Solid analytical skills, comfort working with data, and a test‑and‑learn mindset.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

High adaptability and ownership in fast‑paced environments.

Passion for culture, entertainment, or the arts.

Nice to have:

experience in ticketing, live entertainment, or two‑sided marketplaces.

Compensation Salary range:

$120,000–$140,000 annually, depending on experience and location.

Final compensation will be determined during the interview process.
