Marketing Liaison
to support our growing Baltimore and Carroll County regions. This individual will work directly under the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for strengthening referral sources, increasing brand visibility, and representing OrthoMaryland throughout the local community. The ideal candidate thrives in the field, enjoys creating new relationships, and has a strong track record in healthcare or community-based marketing. This full-time Community Liaison position is responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives aimed at increasing awareness and support for Home Care, Personal Care, and Training services within both the medical and civic communities. The role serves as a vital link between physicians, healthcare referral sources, the community, and home care staff. This includes providing community education and delivering presentations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience in development and special events. Proficiency in computer skills is required, along with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities. With a background in community outreach and a genuine passion for healthcare services, this dynamic role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously while building and maintaining strong relationships with CHNS, clients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and the broader community. Flexibility is essential, as the position may require working some weekends and outside of regular business hours. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Local travel - 4 days a week required. Referral Outreach & Relationship Building Conduct routine in-person visits to referral sources including
primary care physicians ,
urgent care ,
pediatricians ,
sports medicine partners , and
nursing/assisted-living facilities
across Baltimore County. Deliver marketing materials, collect feedback, and strengthen referral relationships. Identify new referral sources and opportunities for growth. Track outreach activities and provide weekly updates to the Marketing Manager. Community & School Engagement Build and maintain relationships with
private and public-school athletic departments , coaches, trainers, and recreation councils. Coordinate on-site presence at sports games, and community athletics events. Attend networking luncheons and events. Support OrthoMarylandNOW and Walk-In Care awareness efforts. Event Support & Representation Represent OrthoMaryland at
5K races, health fairs, employer wellness events, community festivals , and more. Assist with planning and executing OrthoMaryland events, including: Company Event Open houses Physician meet-and-greets Anniversary events Sponsorship activations Set up tables, tents, banners, giveaways, and ensure brand consistency at all events. This may require some evening and weekend hours. Internal Collaboration Work closely with the Marketing Manager on strategy execution. Provide marketing updates to Marketing Committee on quarterly basis. (Physicians, CEO) Assist with marketing materials, event supplies, and community outreach kits. Assist with social media information gathering (photos from events, patient success stories, provider spotlights, etc.). REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES Required Education and Experience High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor of Arts in marketing, public relations, communications or related customer service or hospitality fields or an equivalent combination of experience and education strongly preferred. Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, community outreach, or physician relations. Experience in content management, creative writing, advertising concepts and media negotiations. Proficient at Microsoft Office, Desktop Publishing, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Competencies / Required Skills and Abilities Strong Interpersonal Skills - Ability to develop relationships and collaborate in a decentralized organization. Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with a proven track record of results. Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent self-discipline and patience. Proven results
in building relationships and driving engagement. Comfortable speaking with physicians, clinical staff, athletic directors, and community partners. Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable representing The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics - OrthoMaryland as a brand ambassador. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Local travel - 4 days a week required to the below locations.

Must be able to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in the English language. Physical Demands Must be able to sit for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds. Must be able to use appropriate body mechanics techniques when performing desk duties. Requires frequent bending, reaching, repetitive hand movements, standing, walking, squatting, and sitting.
