Responsibilities

Marketing Automation Data Enablement Strategy: Partner with Marketing to leverage first-party data for marketing campaign triggers Develop a data enablement roadmap in partnership with Marketing for future campaign unlock Data-Driven Campaign Enablement: Architect and operationalize data pipelines and integrations that power real-time marketing triggers Ensure marketing campaigns are dynamically activated based on behavioral, transactional, and predictive data signals Partner with data engineering and IT teams to maintain data quality and latency standards for trigger-based campaigns Analytics & Insights: Lead the development of dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics to measure campaign performance and ROI Translate complex data into actionable strategies for marketing and business stakeholders Personalization & Segmentation: Utilize first-party and third-party data to create dynamic audience segments and personalized experiences Requirements

8+ years of experience in marketing analytics and automation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Proven experience enabling data-driven marketing triggers and event-based campaigns Experience integrating marketing platforms (e.g., Braze) with cloud data warehouses and lakes (e.g., via Cloud Data Ingestion or Currents) Experience with AI-driven marketing personalization Experience implementing A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates Experience with data governance and data governance tools Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, or AI-driven marketing solutions Knowledge of CDPs (Customer Data Platforms) and advanced segmentation strategies Preferred
