General Function The Retail Operations Manager enhances operational tools, communication practices, and store systems to drive business results, process standardization, and operational excellence across Luxury House Brands and Ray‑Ban stores. This role leads run‑the‑business initiatives, operational projects, and system enhancements while ensuring store and field leaders are informed, supported, and equipped to deliver consistent, efficient, and differentiated customer and associate experience.
Operational Leadership & Project Management
Drive store operations and efficiency by supporting policies, procedures, tools, and systems while identifying operational gaps and implementing scalable improvements.
Partner with field leadership, COE teams, and cross‑functional groups to align initiatives, translate Global Rx GTM programs, and lead Rx optical projects.
Support inventory processes, reporting, deals and discounts in collaboration with Asset Protection, while identifying training opportunities.
Communications
Create and deliver clear, timely communications for policies, updates, and initiatives, ensuring adoption and engagement.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to develop content, apply Brand tone, and contextualize global messages.
Analyze effectiveness of communications and support planning and execution of conferences and events.
Store Systems
Lead implementation of store technology, including POS, digital tools, omni‑channel features, and system integrations.
Serve as operations liaison for system management, issue resolution, UAT, and release management, ensuring requirements meet business needs.
Partner with IT and cross‑functional teams to monitor system performance, address issues, recommend enhancements, and support store teams.
Field Partnership & Alignment
Provide run‑the‑business support for store locations and manage current and future state‑in‑store technology.
Maintain Retail POS master data and provide reporting, inventory management, and application support.
Manage additional projects to improve store performance, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business
5+ years retail and project management
Strong business acumen, organizational skills, and critical thinking
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple projects
Ability to simplify complex information and build cross‑functional relationships
Ability to anticipate issues, influence teams, and apply lessons learned
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with multi‑year and annual planning
Retail store operations experience
Program or project management experience
Pay Range:87,523.05 -142,751.80

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
