In this role, you'll be a part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain‑specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations across Agentic AI products like AP Suite and Insurance, among others, set to expand across service lines.

resident (VP), Product Marketing

to help drive the go‑to‑market success of our Agentic AI product suite — an innovative portfolio of intelligent solutions that enable autonomous decision‑making and deliver tangible business outcomes across finance, supply chain, customer experience, and risk domains.

Reporting to the Head of Agentic AI Product Marketing, you will play a key role in launching new products, supporting sales enablement, and contributing to market thought leadership. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the narrative for the next generation of AI‑powered transformation platforms while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment backed by a global enterprise.

Responsibilities Product Launch Execution

Create bold, innovative go‑to‑market plans to support Genpact’s Agentic AI product portfolio launches.

Support the development and execution of marketing plans for new Agentic AI offerings, including shepherding and guiding marketing tactics and cross‑functional tactics, as well as contributing to positioning and messaging.

Coordinate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Growth Ops, PR, AR, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure launch readiness and on‑time delivery.

Create sales and marketing collateral such as presentations, product briefs, and datasheets. Give feedback on marketing materials, campaigns, and GTM motions.

Provide feedback to Product teams to help align roadmap and market needs.

Market Research & Thought Leadership

Assist in developing and maintaining target customer personas and segmentation for Agentic AI offerings.

Support the creation of thought leadership content (e.g., blogs, eBooks, white papers) to strengthen Genpact’s position in the AI space.

Collaborate with Sales and Growth Ops to create sales playbooks and enablement materials.

Participate in sales enablement sessions to educate customer‑facing teams on product positioning and value propositions.

Provide marketing support for select strategic sales opportunities.

Contribute to building a collaborative, innovative product marketing culture.

Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications

Experience in product marketing, product management, or related roles, preferably in B2B technology.

Experience marketing agentic AI products and leading major market launches required in B2B SaaS environments.

Proven track record in supporting go‑to‑market activities in a matrixed organization.

Strong skills in messaging, positioning, and collateral creation.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business, technical, and client‑facing teams.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Experience in campaign, field, content, customer, or brand marketing.

MBA or equivalent business training a plus.

Experience with sales enablement methodologies strongly preferred.

Ability to use AI tools to achieve optimum productivity.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$160,000 to $200,000]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including but not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
