Job Title: Instructional Designer Location: Remote (Preferred: Fort Collins or Denver Metro Area) Contract Duration: 10/2025 – 10/2026 Pay Rate: $64/hour Employment Type: W-2 or 1099
Position Summary: We are hiring an experienced Instructional Designer to support the development of training materials and learning content related to the rollout of a new Salesforce platform and a public-facing digital experience. The ideal candidate will create engaging, accessible, and user-friendly materials that support both internal staff and external users. This role is mostly remote, with limited on-site needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop digital learning content, eLearning modules, guides, and job aids.
Ensure accessibility compliance for all training content (WCAG, Section 508, etc.).
Work closely with Subject Matter Experts, project teams, and the Change Lead to align training with rollout timelines.
Use authoring tools to develop interactive and engaging content.
Create training strategies that support onboarding, system use, and process adoption.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in instructional design or training development.
Proficient in tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar.
Strong visual design and multimedia content development skills.
Experience developing content for both internal staff and public-facing audiences.
Understanding of accessibility standards in learning design.
