Summary : As part of the commercial marketing team, you will be responsible for the commercial side of marketing, optimizing our revenue and profitability in the long term.
Responsibilities
Analyze the semiconductor market cycles and understand demand trends.
Implement MPP pricing and regional strategies towards Distribution partners and the Mass Market.
Assist to clean up on the price break, field min, strategic min and maintenance of the Distributor book cost.
Cascade down global price strategy to regional pricing tactics.
Support our Sales on the yearly or quarterly RFQ negotiation for AA/A customers. Balance business expectation and sales target.
Other pricing related activity.
Qualifications
Education Background/ Major Bachelor’s degree.
Experience (Must) Experienced in dealing with global channels and partners, building, and maintaining good relationship with them.
Knowledge (Must) Good knowledge of semiconductor market.
Abilities/Qualities Experienced in dealing with regional marketing/sales team and able to support the team on pricing quotes.
Skills/Certifications Proficient Microsoft Office skills (especially excel) and knowledge of professional tools such as Model N.
The ability to define and execute strategies skillfully involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Strong communication, negotiations and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial thinking, result oriented, customer focused.
