Communicate effectively with government entities, tenants, and senior personnel. Schedule and coordinate project interactions among facilities. Manage interdisciplinary teams, labor categories, and project execution plans. Negotiate scope changes with clients and subcontractors. Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and quality assurance processes. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. 15+ years of large‑scale engineering management experience. Professional Engineer license required. Experience with NCDOT/SCDOT project delivery. Strong written and oral communication skills. Benefits

Salary Range: $128,700.00 - $231,700.00 Security Clearance Requirement
