About the Role Lead the development of our platform across React Native, back-end systems, and UI/UX design. Manage the project, coordinate with the team, and ensure the app delivers a seamless, engaging experience.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the development of our platform, including React Native mobile app and back-end services.
Collaborate with designers to create intuitive UI/UX designs.
Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth development and problem-solving.
Maintain high-quality code standards and best practices.
Work directly with the Product Owner (or similar role) to ensure project goals are met.
What You Bring
Strong experience with React Native development
Solid knowledge of back-end development (Node.js, APIs, databases)
Understanding of UI/UX principles and design collaboration
Experience leading small development teams or projects
Familiarity with Apple App Store and Google Play Store protocols – app submissions, updates, and compliance
Experience with RevenueCat, Comet, and AWS
Proficient in English, with excellent communication and organizational skills
