About the Client Our client is a Singapore-based co-living operator founded in 2018. It manages multiple co-living residences where individual tenants rent private rooms or studios while sharing common areas and amenities—including kitchens, lounges, Wi-Fi, cleaning services, and utilities—under flexible lease terms.
What you’ll do:
As our in-house CGI Artist, you will be the bridge between our creative concepts and reality. You will work closely with the Interior Design and Marketing teams to bring our future properties to life before the first brick is laid.
Visualizing Concepts: Produce high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings of interior spaces (studios, apartments, communal areas) and exteriors based on CAD drawings, mood boards, and sketches.
Modeling & Texturing: Create detailed 3D models of furniture, fixtures, and bespoke joinery; apply realistic textures, materials, and lighting to accurately represent the design intent.
Post-Production: Perform high-end post-production editing using Adobe Photoshop to enhance lighting, color balance, and overall atmosphere.
Asset Management: Build and maintain a comprehensive library of 3D assets (furniture, textures, props) that align with Cove’s brand aesthetics for efficient workflow.
Collaboration: Collaborate intimately with Interior Designers to iterate on designs quickly and solve spatial challenges through visualization.
Marketing Support: Deliver visual assets for marketing campaigns, investor decks, and the Cove website, ensuring all imagery meet our high brand standards. Including the use of the latest GenAI tools for both still images and video.
What you bring:
We are looking for a creative storyteller who understands that a render is more than just a picture—it is the first experience a potential tenant has with their future home.
Technical Mastery: Proficient in industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray or Corona Renderer, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop). Experience with Unreal Engine or architectural animation is a huge plus.
The "Eye": You have a strong artistic sense for composition, color theory, photographic lighting, and interior styling. You know how to make a room look "lived in" and inviting, not just technically correct.
Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in Architectural Visualization or Interior Design rendering.
Attention to Detail: You obsess over the small details—from the texture of a rug to the way light hits a window frame.
Time Management: You are organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic interior rendering capabilities is required for this application.
