Schedule Details/Additional Information Shift(s) will be based on a Full time daily schedule including on call. On call rotation based on number of current employees. Scheduled hours for this location will be Monday through Friday 8:30AM-5PM but hours could be subject to change.
Potential travel to Charlotte on occasion.
Pay Range $28.05 - $42.10
Essential Functions
Coordinates product delivery, and teaching all facets of use and care, transport, inventory control, paperwork and documentation.
Manages delivery, setup, testing, education and fitting of sleep therapy equipment to patients in physicians offices, home office or sleep lab.
Obtains, secures, and transfers to intake all pertinent documentation (orders, demo, etc.) prior to delivery of equipment.
Maintains off site inventories, and cleans/tests returned equipment per policy.
Maintains confidentiality of all patient, client, agency and System related information and promotes and adheres to the Corporate Compliance programs of Carolina Home Care and the System.
Retains all relevant certifications and competencies, performs all other related duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements Lifting up 50 lbs, walking, sitting and standing.
Education, Experience and Certifications applicable state RPGST license required; BLS certification and home care experience preferred. Current, valid drivers license and auto insurance required.
