Marketing Manager III (Paid Search – International Performance Marketing)
Contract Duration: 6 months (Extension Possible)
Annual Base Salary: $102,800 USD + Full Benefits
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid / Onsite as Needed)
Schedule: Full‑time, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
Own paid search strategy and hands‑on campaign execution across international expansion markets
Lead paid search go‑to‑market planning for major product launches, regional expansions, and seasonal tentpoles
Manage and optimize large‑scale paid search budgets to drive efficiency and performance
Execute with strong attention to detail while maintaining speed and bias for action
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Analyze campaign performance, derive insights, and translate data into actionable recommendations
Measure impact using performance metrics, testing results, and incrementality frameworks
Support experimentation roadmaps to continuously improve paid search effectiveness
Cross‑Functional & Agency Collaboration
Serve as primary point of contact for external agencies and paid search vendors
Partner closely with internal teams across marketing, analytics, finance, and business stakeholders
Communicate complex issues, dependencies, and trade‑offs clearly to senior partners
Additional Contributions
Support SEO improvement initiatives in partnership with search and content teams
Contribute to organizational transitions and handovers during periods of change
Basic Qualifications
6+ years of digital marketing experience, with 4+ years focused on Paid Search (strategy and hands‑on execution)
Prior experience as an FTE or contractor at Amazon, Microsoft, Google, or Meta (required)
Experience managing large paid advertising budgets (> $1M annually) across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Amazon Ads, Apple Search, or similar
Strong Excel skills, including data manipulation, VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and performance analysis
Proven experience using data and metrics to drive optimization and business decisions
Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Ability to manage competing priorities and make informed trade‑off decisions in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads Certification (strongly preferred)
Experience running SEM campaigns across multiple countries and languages
Experience with A/B testing, marketing measurement, ROI, lifetime value, or incrementality analysis
Familiarity with paid search management tools such as Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads Editor, Skai (Kenshoo), SA360, Marin, or similar platforms
Media, entertainment, or subscription‑based services experience
SEO experience is a plus
Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, high‑change environments
