About the Role NinjaOne is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Data Analyst who can partner effectively across our global teams and accelerate business growth. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Analytics and Data Science, you will take ownership of key initiatives, autonomously develop robust actionable analyses, and lead the creation and management of data pipelines, analysis, and reporting. Your strong business and marketing acumen will be vital as you work closely with senior leaders, helping shape strategic decision‑making and identifying levers to drive revenue growth across multiple brand marketing channels.

What You’ll Be Doing
Evaluate and optimize brand marketing funnels, channels, and campaign performance; uncover insights and craft growth‑focused recommendations.
Collaborate with Marketing, Web Dev, and Data Engineering to develop strategies sustaining and growing inbound business; influence budget allocation across Brand Marketing channels.
Maintain brand marketing measurement using MMM and MTA methodologies; explore and implement new methods to improve measurement granularity.
Translate complex analytical findings into digestible visualizations and actionable recommendations for stakeholders and agency.
Work with measurement agency on Geo‑splitting test: design test plan, implement, analyze results, and provide next‑step recommendations.
Streamline and automate data pipelines to ensure seamless flow, preserve data integrity, and expedite insights.
Support ad‑hoc reporting and analysis to understand user behavior, investigate emerging trends, and diagnose data discrepancies.
Perform other duties as needed.
About You
BA/BS degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Operations Research, Analytics, or Computer Science (MS preferred).
5+ years’ experience in analytics supporting marketing analysis and data science functions; SaaS experience preferred.
Expertise with complex datasets, data automation, SQL, modeling, Tableau, and large‑scale data warehouse environments.
Proficiency in Python, Databricks, DBT, or equivalent tools focusing on MMM or MTA, time‑series models, multivariate regression, and hypothesis testing.
Strong storytelling and communication skills, delivering compelling presentations to stakeholders.
Capacity for self‑managing roadmaps and executing complex strategic projects independently.

Compensation Starting pay varies by location and experience. For California, Colorado, Maryland, New Jersey, Washington, and New York, the base salary range is $110,000 to $120,000 per year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance, and PTO.
