Sr. Marketing Data Analyst – NinjaOne

About the Role NinjaOne is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Data Analyst who can partner effectively across our global teams and play a key role in accelerating business growth at NinjaOne. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Analytics and Data Science, you will take ownership of key initiatives, autonomously developing robust actionable analyses, offering valuable business recommendations based on a variety of complex data sources, and lead the creation and management of data pipelines, analysis, and reporting. Your strong business and marketing acumen will be vital as you work closely with senior leaders, helping shape strategic decision‑making and identifying levers to drive revenue growth across multiple brand marketing channels.
Location – Remote work from home is flexible for USA residents in the following states: CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, ME, MA, NJ, NC, OR, TX, VA. Preference for Pacific Time zone candidates.
What You’ll Be Doing
Evaluate and optimize effectiveness and efficiency on brand marketing funnels, channels, and campaign performance. Proactively uncover insights and craft growth-focused recommendations.
Collaborate closely with Marketing (Brand, Performance, Content, Paid Social, Organic Social, Agency, etc.), Web Dev, and Data Engineering teams to develop strategies to sustain and grow our inbound business. Influence how budgets are allocated across Brand Marketing channels to maximize incremental growth.
Maintain our current brand marketing channels measurement through incrementality and attribution methodologies. Explore and implement new methodologies to improve our ability and granularity of our measurements.
Translate complex analytical findings into digestible visualisations and concise actionable recommendations for our marketing stakeholders and agency.
Work closely with our measurement agency to measure brand campaign performance through our first ever Geo‑splitting test. Evaluate what to test, finalise the “how to test” plan, implement the test, analyse results, and provide recommendations and insights into next steps.
Streamline and automate data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow, preserving data integrity, and expediting insights.
Support any ad‑hoc reporting and analysis to understand user behaviour, investigating emerging trends, and diagnosing data discrepancies.

About You
BA/BS degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Operations Research, Analytics, or Computer Science required (MS preferred).
5+ years' experience in an analytics‑focused role supporting marketing analysis and data science functions. SaaS company experience, particularly supporting marketing teams, preferred.
Expert in handling complex data sets, data automation, SQL, modelling, and Tableau, and experience working in a large-scale data warehouse environment.
Proficiency in Python, Databricks, DBT or equivalent tools with a focus on Marketing Mix Models (MMM), time series models, multivariate regression models, and hypothesis testing preferred.
Strong storytelling and communication skills with experience delivering compelling presentations to stakeholders.
A demonstrated capacity for self‑managing roadmaps and independently executing complex strategic projects.

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job‑related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job‑related knowledge, and skills.
The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For roles based in California, Colorado, Maryland, New Jersey or Washington the base salary hiring range for this position is $110,000 to $120,000 per year. For roles based in New York, the base salary hiring range for this position is $110,000 to $120,000 per year.
