as a Senior Marketing Data Analyst. Report to the Manager, Marketing Analytics and Data Science. Own key initiatives, develop actionable analyses, and lead data pipelines and reporting.
What You’ll Be Doing
Evaluate and optimize effectiveness and efficiency on brand marketing funnels, channels, and campaign performance.
Collaborate with Marketing, Web Dev, and Data Engineering teams to develop strategies to sustain and grow inbound business.
Maintain brand marketing channel measurement through incrementality and attribution methodologies.
Translate complex analytical findings into digestible visualizations and concise actionable recommendations.
Work with measurement agency to measure brand campaign performance through geo‑splitting test and provide next‑step recommendations.
Streamline and automate data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and protect data integrity.
Support ad‑hoc reporting and analysis to understand user behavior and diagnose data discrepancies.
About You
BA/BS degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Operations Research, Analytics, or Computer Science (MS preferred).
5+ years’ experience in an analytics‑focused role supporting marketing analysis and data science functions, preferably in a SaaS company.
Expert in handling complex datasets, data automation, SQL, modeling, and Tableau in a large‑scale data warehouse environment.
Proficiency in Python, Databricks, DBT or equivalent tools with focus on Marketing Mix Models, time series models, multivariate regression models, and hypothesis testing.
Strong storytelling and communication skills with experience delivering compelling presentations to stakeholders.
Demonstrated capacity for self‑managing roadmaps and independently executing complex strategic projects.

Compensation Base salary range $110,000 to $120,000 per year for California, Colorado, Maryland, New Jersey or Washington. New York base salary $110,000 to $120,000. All locations provided.
