As a member of the Telecommunications Department, you will provide a professional call‑routing service, support emergency response coordination, and ensure reliable communications for staff and patients.
Responsibilities
Operate the telephone switchboard, directing calls to appropriate departments and personnel.
Provide courteous customer service to internal and external callers.
Assist with emergency response coordination following established protocols.
Maintain efficient communication services to support employees and clients of Straub.
Act as a professional customer‑service bridge using telecommunications systems and processes.
