Reporting to the National Video Investment Senior Manager, you will coordinate all facets of the video investment process.
Responsibilities
Develop and oversee National Video Investment Associates alongside senior staff members
Prepare reports (Tracking, GRP, Posts) for the client
Ensure that DDS and GRP charts reflect the most updated brand requirements
Communicate with networks regarding client scheduling
Ensure that move requests are requested and followed up daily
Organize all upfront information into summary documents (i.e. "Roll‑Ups")
Analyze upfront plans, execute options and sell‑off requests, negotiate scatter buys, and prepare scatter buy recommendations
Provide information to team regarding client issues, internal agency issues, changes in account status, etc.
Prepare Monthly Spending Report
Maintain relationships with vendors
Assist management team (Directors, etc.) in developing strategies for media buys
Stay informed about latest trends in media, programming, and ratings; maintain special client related projects (Marketplace updates)
Inform client/team of new opportunities and issues and assist in facilitating client meetings
Qualifications
1+ years of media buying experience, including at least 1 year at the Associate level
Experience with TV (broadcast and cable) and Digital Video Buying
Working knowledge of MediaOcean, Productivity (GMP), and Prisma
Working knowledge of GRPs, Media Math, and FEP Campaign
Knowledge of media research terminology
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Annual salary range: $51,000-$83,375.
