Senior Product Designer (UI) – Real Chemistry Join us to design innovative experiences that improve health outcomes.

This is a hybrid role based in any of our U.S. offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, or San Francisco—or fully remote in the U.S., depending on team needs.

What You’ll Do

Create and own design deliverables such as clickable prototypes, design systems, customer journeys, layouts and components.

Conduct research to inspire design direction, interaction design and motion design.

Participate in all stages of the design process: research, concept, prototyping and building.

Deeply understand Figma/XD and create design‑system components at multiple fidelity levels.

Collaborate with developers, product managers and stakeholders.

Contribute to and critique design work with creative teams daily, offering and receiving constructive feedback.

Advocate for a human‑centered design process and thinking.

Lead with action to inspire teams in adopting new methods and encouraging innovative thinking.

Research and stay current with digital design trends, tools and technologies, especially in healthcare.

Present ideas and concepts to internal teams.

Mentor junior designers on the experience team.

Ensure consistent, user‑friendly solutions throughout the product.

What You Should Have

2‑4 years of experience creating and designing complex digital products and experiences.

Interest in healthcare and medicine.

Ability to thrive in a team setting or environment.

Excellent problem‑solving skills and passion for new challenges.

Strong verbal communication; strong writing and composition abilities.

Knowledge of general ADA guidelines.

Excitement about changing the landscape and finding creative solutions.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with a small cross‑functional team.

Self‑directed and comfortable working with ambiguity and uncertainty.

Ability to think proactively, multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.

An eye for pixel‑perfect design and meticulous attention to detail.

Construct clean and organized creative deliverables that adhere to style guidelines.

Pay Range $95,000 – $110,000
