About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Designer to lead our Printables category across the Men’s Quiksilver, Billabong, and Eddie Bauer brands. This new role focuses on developing seasonal graphic assortments for some of our highest‑volume categories — graphic tees, graphic fleece hoodies, and graphic sun protection tops. The leader will apply proven design expertise to maintain brand consistency while growing business and mentoring a small team.

This role blends creative direction with hands‑on production graphic design and merchandising support. The ideal candidate thrives in high‑volume branded environments and is energized by building commercially successful graphic programs across multiple brands.

How You’ll Contribute

Lead concept development and seasonal graphic assortments across multiple brands and consumer aesthetics.

Build commercial, brand‑appropriate assortments across graphic tees, graphic fleece hoodies, and graphic sun protection tops.

Prepare detailed, print‑ready graphic files and technical packs for production — including color callouts, sizing, placement, and print techniques.

Own strike‑off and sample approvals; provide clear direction on colorways, quality, and execution.

Ensure graphic consistency and quality standards across Quiksilver, Billabong, and Eddie Bauer printable categories.

Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Design, Merchandising, Production, and Sourcing to ensure products move seamlessly from concept through final production.

Communicate with external vendors and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure production timelines are met.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, whitespace opportunities, and new print applications.

Align graphic stories to line architecture and seasonal strategies; provide insights on opportunities and risks through sales and market feedback.

Create visual support materials for assortment reviews, internal presentations, and retail readiness.

Process, Calendar & Team Leadership

Manage multiple programs and deadlines in a high‑volume environment.

Mentor junior design talent and cultivate best practices for quality, consistency, and on‑time delivery.

What You Bring to the Team

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or related field.

Proven experience in graphic apparel design with a strong portfolio showcasing production‑ready work.

Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator + Photoshop required).

Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and print techniques (screen print, sublimation, etc.).

Experience partnering with merchandising and production to drive commercially successful assortments.

PLM familiarity is a plus.

Highly organized, deadline‑driven, and proactive with exceptional communication skills.
