About the Role We are searching for a highly motivated Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This person will assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans that increase pipeline and lead generation. and be the driving force behind driving engagement and growth.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate on demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and revenue growth

Oversee Salesforce reporting, including lead uploads, list management, and occasional routing troubleshooting in partnership with demand operations marketing enablement team

Assist with manual Salesforce registration processes, such as account lookups, status verification, and approval workflows based on provided guidance

Ensure promotional activities have clear KPIs to measure success and to allow performance optimization

Analyze and report on campaign performance and trends

Website Management

Manage landing page and registration page builds, including timelines, copywriting, design updates, and launches.

Apply strong copy-editing judgment to refine messaging and validate design quality based on provided briefs and examples.

Manage scheduling and alignment of email sends within the North America email marketing calendar.

Support sales enablement material creation including internal scripting, website content, and promo assets.

Maintain and update internal communication assets, including the internal go-to-market site, sales calendars, and sales enablement kits.

Event Support

Partner with Event Team counterparts to optimize messaging, content promotion, and lead generation for events.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into event marketing strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Provide program management support for additional campaigns, partnerships, and sponsorships as needed, ensuring coordination across teams and timely execution.

About You The essentials:

4-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the tech or media industry.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

A proactive and autonomous work style, with a highly organized and collaborative approach to problem-solving

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Strong copywriting and editing skills, with an eye for website design

Experience with Salesforce and other digital marketing tools

An interest in and knowledge of the emerging generative AI landscape and its applications to the work

Desire to learn and experiment with new technologies and tools

Bachelors (Business, Marketing, or Creative discipline) or MBA degree

Salary Range: $70,000—$80,000 USD
