$45,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team in an in-person role that combines both on-site field marketing and office-based responsibilities. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity offering paid training, hands‑on experience, and significant potential for career advancement. Ideal candidates must already live within a commutable distance, as this is an immediate-start position requiring consistent in‑person collaboration. The Marketing Assistant plays an integral role in supporting the marketing department through the coordination and execution of initiatives that enhance brand awareness, strengthen consumer engagement, and support overall sales growth. This position contributes directly to the development and implementation of marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences and align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities
Participate in field marketing and sales activities to expand consumer reach. Support the growth of the customer base through targeted outreach efforts. Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and key performance indicators. Develop and deliver engaging presentations across retail and live audience platforms. Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable insights for improvement. Assist in coordinating marketing events, including trade shows and promotional initiatives. Help track and manage the marketing budget and related expenditures. Perform competitor analysis to understand market positioning and opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders. Stay informed on industry developments, best practices, and emerging marketing trends. Qualifications
Strong public speaking abilities and excellent verbal communication skills. High level of professionalism, reliability, and organization. 0–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related internship (preferred but not required). Exceptional writing and presentation abilities. Creative problem‑solving skills with a proactive mindset. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Collaborative team player with the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required for the right candidate.
