Client Management Participate in the development of integrated solutions that leverage agency offerings. Guide the development, writing and presentation of program proposals, scopes of work, schedules, and staffing plans. Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring all client needs are heard, understood, and addressed timely. Communicate clearly to the client regarding roles, responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules, and program status/action items. Team Management Manage the program process from creative through execution using Jack Morton processes and tools. Organize regular team meetings and manage communications to guarantee deadlines are met. Coach and oversee junior team members on execution of all job details. Develop junior team talent by providing challenging assignments and constructive feedback. Manage resources and engage external resources as needed. Make high‑level decisions in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments. Budget Management Create and manage program budgets throughout client programs. Translate costs into presentation documents for client communication. Mitigate third‑party costs and reconcile program costs against budget. Maintain vendor/freelance talent relationships to ensure quality and pricing. Develop and actively manage vendor/freelance talent relationships. Creative Management Participate in creative brainstorms to generate ideas for clients. Seek innovative solutions and production methods. Ensure the integrity of the creative treatment in all deliverables. Success Measures Flawless delivery of client commitments. Positive team climate that inspires excellence. Visible leader of program and client teams. Repeat business with client. Responsible for budget management. Requirements Experience or college degree in Event Management, Theater Production, Communications, Marketing, or related field. 12+ years of production delivery experience, with at least 5 in a senior role. Strong program‑management, organizational and communication skills. Management of large‑scale events and multiple programs with internal and supplier teams. Proficiency in budgeting, pre‑production program development, on‑site event activation, and post‑program wrap‑up. Comfort with technology and ability to communicate highly technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. Experience with project management methodologies. Solid understanding of AV, staging, lighting, audio, and broadcast/streaming technology (plus). Up‑to‑date knowledge of event industry trends, sustainability, and DEI practices. Expertise in identifying risks and implementing contingency plans for logistics, technology, and safety. Familiarity with event insurance, security protocols, and emergency preparedness. Experience as stage manager/show caller (plus). Experience with trade shows (plus). Experience with international events and global audiences (plus). Travel requirement: 15%‑20% annually.
