Position Overview:
Communiboost We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. As a crucial part of our product marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the communication strategies that convey the value of our products to both internal and external stakeholders. Salary Range: $16.50 - $26.00 hourly Location: Fayetteville, NC Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute communication strategies for product launches and ongoing promotions. Collaborate with product management to gather information on product features, benefits, and customer use cases. Create and maintain a suite of product communications materials, including press releases, product briefs, and newsletters. Coordinate the production of marketing collateral in partnership with design and marketing teams. Manage content updates for product-related sections on the company website and other digital platforms. Monitor and analyze the performance of product communications to inform future strategies. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in product communications, marketing, or public relations. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling content. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics to measure the effectiveness of communications efforts.
