As an Event Promotions Assistant, you will work closely with our event management team to coordinate logistics, promote events through various channels, and ensure that everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events. Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and transportation. Develop promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, and social media content. Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging campaigns for events. Manage event registration and attendee communication. Collect and analyze feedback from attendees to improve future events. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Previous experience in event planning or promotions is preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Benefits
