  • Currently enrolled at an accredited two or four-year college/university in the United States, purs u ing an undergraduate, graduate and/or law degree
  • Graduating between  Spring 202 6   - Fall 202 8      
  • Have access to housing and transportation within the designated city  (We do not offer housing   or transportation   accommodations)  
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future (e.g., H1-B, OPT, etc.)  
  • Commit to 20 -  40 hours   per week  (based on individual business area)

Fame h ouse   -   Artist and Label Engagement   ( Onsite:  CA & NY ):  

How  You’ll   CREATE:  

The Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and eCommerce team at UMG oversees all online artist stores and fan commerce initiatives across music,  merchandise   and experiences. We work closely with label partners, artist management, and creative teams to plan,  launch   and  optimize   artist stores, ensuring that fans around the world can directly engage with and purchase from their favorite artists. Our team manages store operations, campaign planning, performance reporting, and creative execution for both new releases and ongoing artist activity.  

  • Working with different internal teams to get product information for  set   up sheets  

  • Submitting  comp-orders   for various stakeholders  

  • Staying informed on incoming shipments, tracking, etc.   

  • Flagging updates to stores as needed  

  • Draft new project kick-off emails for artist or label campaigns  

Ideal candidates will have:  

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset  

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities  and   stakeholders   in a dynamic environment.  

  • Strong written communication skills and comfort with email and document drafting  

  • Proficiency  in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (for data entry and reporting support)   

  • Familiarity with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms (a plus, but not  required )  

  • Interest in music marketing,  eCommerce   or fan engagement strategy  

Famehouse  -  Artist Strategy  (Onsite: Philadelphia)  

How  You’ll   CREATE:  

The Artist Strategy function exists to shepherd best-in-class campaign work, with the explicit purpose of scaling and evolving our strategic approach to the business. We work to take an artist’s eCommerce business to the next level, helping to ensure the success of calendar plans  and   overall revenue goals while elevating an artist’s brand.   The Artist Strategy team works in partnership with Label Engagement & key stakeholders to develop and support strategies to maximize our business across key areas of opportunity, with a heavy focus on new album releases,  tour , and catalog music.  

At least  60% of the   internship   will  include su pporting development and evolution of our internal tools, specifically:  

  • Own updating the Case Study Decks (frontline, tour, catalog)  

  • Compile competitive analyses of non-UMG artists & campaigns  

The other 40%  is   supporting Leads as they compile bespoke artist deliverables, specifically:  

  • Round up references, materials, etc.  

  • Help update Keynote files  

Ideal candidates will have:  

  • Strong grasp of the music industry, as a fan and/or a professional in  the space   (Billboard charting, trends, fan communities, etc.)  

  • Experience with presentation creation, particularly within Keynote & Microsoft Office (PowerPoint) is  required  

  • Excel, DOMO, Shopify Analytics, and related data analysis experience is a plus  

Fameh ouse   -  Audience Development   ( Onsite:  CA ):  

How  You’ll   CREATE:  

Audience Development is UMG’s CRM and lifecycle marketing team, partnering with labels (like Interscope Records) to connect fans and artists through  timely , relevant email and SMS campaigns. We use data to guide segmentation and journeys, with personalization that reflects audience preferences. Our work drives engagement, retention, and lifetime value while supporting  artist   and label  objectives .  

  • S upport the  build , testing, and scheduling of email and SMS campaigns  

  • Assist   with audience segmentation + journey setup, produce briefs, timelines, and post-send recaps aligned with artist and label goals  

  • Prepare assets and copy (including basic Photoshop edits), propose tests,  maintain   documents and trackers, take meeting notes, and compile performance snapshots  

  • Projects include administrative tasks & audits, contributing to Interscope Audience Development campaigns tied to releases, tours, and tentpole marketing moments, and delivering a summer capstone project  

Ideal candidates will have:  

  • Marketing copywriting for campaigns  

Test-and-learn mindset  

  • Basic Photoshop skills (resizing, cropping, text updates, and color adjustments)  

  • Genuine interest in music and fan communities  

Famehouse  -  Audience   Development   ( Onsite:  TN ):  

How  You’ll   CREATE:

Th is   team  is responsible for   growing,  engaging   and converting artist and label - owned audiences .   We develop and execute data acquisition strategies for artists and labels so they can get a better understanding of their superfans, keep their audiences  up to date   on ongoing  projects   and most importantly ,   drive streaming and revenue. The team is a resource used by digital,  e-commerce , catalog,  international   and many other departments to complete their marketing plan.

Famehouse  -  Audience Development ,  International   ( Onsite:  CA ):  

How  You’ll   CREATE:  

The international audience development department is the bridge  th at   connects   the 30+ ex-US UMG markets. We lead global CRM campaigns with end-to-end execution, including project planning, project  management   and evaluating campaign performance and regularly share best practices and industry trends across a broad network of international stakeholders.  

We also partner with cross-functional teams, including eCommerce, Label, Creative, Analytics and Product, to drive cohesive marketing strategies .  

  • Assist  on   global CRM campaigns with end- to -end execution  

  • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, delivering insights and recommendations  

  • Implement testing strategies, and  iterate on   campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions  

Ideal candidates will have:  

  • Knowledge of some email marketing best practices  

  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action

Famehouse  -  Creative, Brand & Product   ( Onsite:  CA & NY ):  

How  You’ll   CREATE:  

Famehouse   Creative, Brand & Product is part of the in-house creative team consisting of Graphic Design, Illustration, Technical  Art   and Creative Operations. We create merchandise designs for a broad roster of artists and bands. We ideate product concepts, create and execute graphic and illustrative design, and work on pre-production product set ups.  

Graphic Design & Product Development  

  • Assist   in designing original graphics for D2C, retail,  tour   and VIP channels across  various styles  

  • Help develop apparel and accessory products using original artwork and client designs, aligning with trends and fan demographics  

  • Assist  in  mocking up   apparel and accessory designs  

  • Support the creation of artist branding elements such as neck labels, woven tags, hang tags, and packaging  

  • Partner with Technical Art and Product Development teams to ensure designs are print/production-ready  

Creative Assets & Presentation  

  • Support the design process through research, inspiration/mood  boards   and creative briefs.  

  • Assist  in curating customized creative presentations for e - Comm, retai l   and tour.  

  • Help design,  update,   and  maintain   company capability decks.  

  • Assist  with  collection   merchandising and managing the digital/physical libraries (samples, fabrics, trims)  

Ideal candidates will have:  

  • High  proficiency   in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).  

  • Strong conceptual thinking with a passion for music, culture, and fashion.  

  • Knowledge of garment construction, printing techniques, and fabrication.  

  • Comfortable working with presentation tools such as Keynote.  

Famehouse  -  Digital Creative   ( Onsite: Philadelphia ):  

How  You’ll   CREATE:  

FH Digital Creative drives e - commerce  experience   across the UMG roster, focusing on creative strategy, site and store design,  video   and motion graphics, as well as content creation.   

  • Digital asset creation  

  • Assisting  with photo and video shoot preparation

How  You’ll   CREATE:  

Billing:  responsible for all invoices and credit memos. We also  assist   the credit department with all paperwork needed for collection of past due invoices or charge back from invoices.   

Accounts  P ayable:   responsible for onboarding vendors and coding invoices.   

General Accounting/Finance:   assist   in supporting team month end close

How  You’ll   CREATE:  

  • Drafting deal write-up summaries and chasing deal approvals via email   

  • Updating and monitoring deal tracking logs on Monday.com   

  • Developing presentation decks, one  sheets , and other sales tools   

  • Implementing new systems & guidelines for creative/product development   

  • Assisting  in miscellaneous office  projects,   i.e.   merch giveaways, shipping samples, organizing storage closets,  etc.  

Ideal candidates will have:  

  • Background in a client-facing role or working with external partners   

  • Quickly learn  new software systems & provide guidance to other team  members   how to use those platforms  

  • Familiarity  reading through   contract agreements and legal documents   

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva  

Famehouse  -  Operations (Supply Chain Management)   ( Onsite: NY ):  

How  You’ll   CREATE:  

This internship will  receive   detailed insight into the end-to-end product life cycle.  Interns   will  assist   in various projects focusing on improvement of order planning ,  execution   and  will collaborate   with multiple departments  daily . This role will be highly adaptable, with various areas of focus within the Operations department

  • Input and  maintain   inventory data and analysis  

  • Assist Logistics team and track delivery statuses for inbound and outbound  product  

  • Support Production Operations team with billing and goods receipt verification  

  • Contribute to process optimization in various projects  

  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Product Development and Brand Management departments  

  • Coordinate meetings with internal and external teams

Fame House  -  Product Development/Production  ( Onsite: NY ):  

How  You’ll   CREATE:  

The product development department  is responsible for   bringing product concepts to life from  initial   idea s   through production readiness .   The team partners closely with design, brand management, production,  planning   and vendors to ensure each style meets the quality standard, costing targets and delivery timelines.  

Key responsibilities include vendor allocation, managing samples and fit approvals, sourcing materials, tracking development  calendars   and   ensuring all details are  finalized   before   hand - off to production .   The department acts as a central coordinator through the development cycle, translating creative direction into  accurate , manufacturable products that can be delivered  on   time and within budget .  

  • Help manage incoming and outgoing samples  

  • Create and  maintain   data in sample trackers, buy sheets and various development tools  

  • Organize and  maintain   sample closet  

Ideal candidates will have:  

  • G eneral interest in product development of apparel and apparel related products

Famehouse  -  Production/Product Development   ( Onsite:  NY)  

How  You’ll   CREATE:  

Production/product   development  is responsible for   all of   the sourcing and development of all merchandise, ranging from apparel to accessories to home decor.   We communicate  direct   with vendors and factories, both domestic and overseas, to  ideate /develop/source all items, as well as review fabric  swatches   and final product for quality and fit confirmation. We also negotiate costs and P&L along with finance for both e-comm and tour.   

  • O rganize and  maintain   sample drawers and collections in office   

  • Issue sample POs and production POs to vendors with  accurate   costs, descriptions,  SKU s , and units  

  • Create  SKU s , UPCs, item cards, and generate POs directly in Navision Citrix  

  • Work regularly  in   Monday.com, updating boards with relevant production information for e-comm launches, INTL production orders, and overall product development tracking  

  • Handle sample shipments and other shipment requests from  management  

  • Submit comp requests directly with the warehouse and manage progress  

  • Create buy sheets using existing templates and update product information, costing, PO details, etc. in real time as information is received  

Ideal candidates will have:  

  • Experience  in   Monday.com   

  • Experience   in product development or merchandising is a plus
