Our Junior Marketing Partners work directly with clients to launch local activations and campaigns while learning the ropes of strategy, brand storytelling, and people-powered marketing. This is a growth-track position with room to step into more leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate on strategy, pitch ideas, and help develop campaign concepts
- Support client communication, event coordination, and content planning
- Jump into on-site activations when needed to keep the Vybe high
- Analyze campaign results and suggest improvements
