We are seeking a highly skilled Videographer/Editor with an exceptional eye for lighting, composition, motion, and narrative—capable of elevating our visual content to an ultra-premium, technical, and dynamic aesthetic. This role is for a creator who is equally comfortable behind the camera and in the edit bay, with bonus skill sets in motion graphics, technical animations, and emerging AI-driven workflows.

This individual will concept, shoot, and edit a wide range of video assets supporting our product categories, technical footwear/apparel stories, lifestyle campaigns, athlete features, performance demonstrations, eCommerce PDP assets, and ongoing brand content across social, paid media, email, digital advertising, and ecommerce.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, in-house creative environment and is energized by crafting world-class visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production

  • Film, edit, and deliver high-quality video content for product launches, campaigns, athlete shoots, and events.
  • Capture a wide range of footage including technical product details, lifestyle streetwear scenes, controlled studio lighting setups, and action sports environments.
  • Build and execute simple but effective studio lighting setups for product, athlete, and tabletop shoots.
  • Produce technical animations, motion graphics, and visual effects to communicate product innovation and performance features.
  • Manage projects from pre‑production to final delivery, ensuring consistency in aesthetic, pacing, and brand tone.
  • Edit full-length and short-form video content using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and/or Final Cut Pro.
  • Integrate music, transitions, color grading, SFX, and dynamic pacing to produce polished final pieces.
  • Utilize AI-assisted tools where applicable to enhance workflow, create variations, or streamline repetitive production tasks.
  • Deliver assets optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Paid Social, Streaming TV, Email, Web, and Ecomm.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Creative Manager to bring concepts to life.
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently and execute revisions quickly to meet deadlines.
  • Manage a daily queue of video needs, ensuring timely delivery for internal stakeholders and external campaigns.

Qualifications & Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Expert knowledge of video equipment, including Sony or Canon systems, GoPro, DJI/ Ronin gimbals, and multi-camera setups.
  • Strong understanding of lighting, sound recording, lenses, color profiles, and camera settings for a variety of environments.
  • Proficiency in: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (motion graphics, compositing), Final Cut Pro (working knowledge accepted), Bonus: Experience with 3D/technical animation tools (Cinema4D, Blender, etc.)
  • Drone Pilot certification is a plus.

Creative Skills

  • Exceptional sense of composition, typography, framing, movement, color, and editorial pacing.
  • Ability to craft visually cohesive stories with a premium, high-performance look.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, including retention optimization, watch-time engagement, and platform-specific storytelling.

Soft Skills

  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coachable, collaborative, and receptive to feedback.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing project needs and schedules.

Experience & Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional video production and editing experience (agency, brand, or studio).
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in technical product storytelling, action sports, performance apparel, or streetwear is a strong plus.
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and passport (ability to travel domestically and internationally).
  • Must not be currently enrolled in school; availability for full-time, fast-paced workflow required.

Additional Expectations

  • Ability to produce content using both stock assets and original footage, creating compelling video ads that drive consumer action.
  • Capable of enforcing and educating others on video and digital creative best practices.
  • Portfolio required: Website, reel, Instagram, or drive link acceptable.
