LHH is hiring: Senior Programmatic Media Buyer in California

LHH is working with a fresh, fast growing agency client in search of a Programmatic Media Buyer to join their growing team. The agency has a variety of clients expanding their audio advertising reach into the programmatic desk and is in need of a dedicated Programmatic Trader. This role is remote, but it is preferred the candidate works PST hours. This role is a great fit for someone that has 4+ years of Media Buying experience in Programmatic (required). It\'s a plus to bring mentorship experience to this role!

Responsibilities

• Craft programmatic campaigns, build within trade desk and optimize as necessary to maintain clients goals.
• Make optimizations, execute trading, and craft client strategies.
• Consistently meet and exceed personal and company KPIs, ensuring minimal errors and optimal profitability.
• Execute on both media planning, bidding and buying for the programmatic desk.
• Maintain optimal performance for all programmatic campaigns, implementing optimizations and analyzing performance regularly.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of media buying experience in programmatic trading.
• Extreme attention to detail to minimize errors and help client performance.
• Client-facing experience with pitching, negotiation as well as vendor management.
• Clear understanding of bidding structure within programmatic media.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates.
• Fully proficient in the Trade Desk.
• Up to $90,000

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range up to $90,000 along with bonus potential and standard benefits including medical benefits and 401(k).
