Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a self‑driven, highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant supporting two Executives within the creative team. The role consists of a wide range of activities, including management of complex calendars, scheduling requirements, tracking key deliverables, coordinating travel, expenses, budgeting, and project coordination. Other responsibilities include coordinating meeting agendas, facilitating key team activities and events, general office management, site lead, and acting as an ambassador for the full team within the Los Angeles office.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of complex calendars and scheduling to support teams in multiple global locations and time zones
- Manage expense reports and domestic/international travel
- Update weekly creative trackers
- Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all‑hands meetings, off‑sites, and team social events)
- Understand business priorities and proactively look for ways to improve processes to create efficiency
- Plan the annual calendar and facilitate integration/prioritization of business activities
- Build strong connections with Executive Assistants within the team, across the company, and among external partners
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items

- Manage team space, including moves, decoration, and reconfiguration
- Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
- Organize awards submissions and tracking
- Track creative agencies and databases
- Support special projects as the business needs arise
- Have fun and help others on the team do the same
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Experience in the entertainment industry
- 1+ years experience as an executive assistant, coordinator, or similar role
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent
