We are seeking a talented and experienced Audio-Visual Manager to join our team. The Audio-Visual Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of AV projects, from initial consultation and design to installation, testing, and client training. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of skilled technicians and engineers in delivering innovative AV solutions that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of AV projects, including project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and develop comprehensive AV solutions.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of AV technicians and engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
  • Utilize your expertise in AV technology, including audio systems, video systems, control systems, and digital signage.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for project inquiries, updates, and support.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to discuss project requirements, propose solutions, and address any concerns or questions.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance inspections and testing to verify system performance and functionality.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations governing AV installations.
  • Implement best practices and quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of workmanship and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree or industry certifications (e.g., CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I) preferred.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the AV industry, preferably with an AV integrator or systems contractor.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • In‑depth knowledge of AV technology, including audio systems, video systems, control systems, and digital signage.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
