Part‑Time SPEECH COMMUNICATION Instructor

Position Summary

Perimeter College is seeking part‑time instructors in SPEECH COMMUNICATION who will play a key role in educating and supporting students.

Required Education

Applicants must have a minimum of a master's degree with 18 graduate semester hours (or 27 quarter hours) in the teaching discipline.

Preferred Qualifications / Experience

Teaching experience is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to teach Speech Communication at the collegiate level.
  • Ability to teach effectively using a variety of methods, relate to students and facilitate student learning.
  • Effective communication skills needed.
  • Excellent organizational and teaching skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of instructional technology is required.

Work Hours

Classes are offered morning, afternoon and evening including weekends.

Salary

$3075.00 for each 3-semester credit hour course taught.
