Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Community Manager role based in Carrollton, TX. The Community Manager will oversee daily community operations, including leasing, property management, and resident relations, to ensure a welcoming and well-maintained property. Responsibilities include coordinating with staff, managing budgets, addressing resident concerns, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the community experience. The role also involves enforcing policies, supervising team performance, and ensuring compliance with company and legal standards.

Qualifications

• Strong property management skills, including leasing, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Experience in resident relations and community engagement to foster a positive living environment
• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and oversee staff effectively
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Capable of maintaining knowledge of industry compliance and best practices
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, vendors, and team members
• Proficiency in property management software and general computer applications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in residential property or community management is highly desirable
