Community Manager – Mobile Home & RV Park Manager

White City, Oregon – Thunderbird MHP

Community Management Group is committed to providing secure and affordable housing for our residents by providing excellent customer service, clean communities, and promoting home ownership and financial freedom. At CMG, our Community Managers play an integral role in daily tasks at the properties, overseeing onsite vendors, enforcing rules, and handling some financial aspects of the park.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of vendors while on site.
  • Assist with leasing of vacant units.
  • Enforce lease agreements, including issuing all management letters and legal notices.
  • Conduct regular property tours and inspections.
  • First line of contact for all resident complaints.
  • Assist with small maintenance and landscaping items at the property.
  • Respond to emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

  • Computer skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Three years of customer service experience.
  • Fair Housing knowledge.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent.
  • One‑year property management experience.
  • Knowledge of competing parks within the region.
  • Technology experience: Rent Manager, Dropbox, Gopro.
  • Experience managing maintenance tasks.
  • Vendor relations.
  • Budget process.
  • Driver's License.
  • Basic marketing skills.

Compensation

  • Salary – DOE.
  • Free lot rent – optional.
  • Flexible schedule.
