Job Type: Full-Time – Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay: $50,000–$55,000 annually

Responsibilities

People Leadership

  • Lead a team of leasing agents and maintenance professionals, ensuring high engagement and quality resident experience.
  • Process community staff payroll.

Financial Responsibility

  • Ensure timely collection and deposit of all community dues, including rent.
  • Process community invoices for payment.
  • Purchase and maintain adequate supplies.

Community & Resident Focus

  • Maintain occupancy rates of at least 98%.
  • Maintain positive relationships with community owners and residents.
  • Review and approve rental applications.

Operational Excellence

  • Complete move‑out paperwork per regulations.
  • Conduct unit move‑out, annual, and housekeeping inspections promptly.
  • Audit resident files for completeness and accuracy before submission to supervisor.
  • Ensure timely completion of government, administrative, and company reports.
  • Maintain the community to company standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1+ year as a residential property manager (HUD / Section 8 a plus) or 3+ years as a general manager with strong leadership and process skills.
  • Education: High School diploma or associate’s degree (plus COS, LIHTC, HCCP, AHM considered a plus).
  • Dependability: Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
  • Resident focus: Commitment to exceptional service for residents.
  • Operational excellence: Deadline‑driven, detail oriented, compliance and quality oriented.
  • Tech savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience is a plus.
