Fixated is hiring: Content Manager (Shorts) in Los Angeles

As a Content Manager on Fixated’s Short-Form Team, you will play a key role in scaling creator channels by transforming long-form content into high-quality, performance-driven short-form media.

This is a highly hands‑on, execution‑focused role with direct ownership over day‑to‑day production operations, content quality control, and consistent output volume. You will work cross‑functionally with editors, strategy, and operations to ensure Fixated’s short‑form systems are executed accurately and at scale.

This role requires full exclusivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project management systems to ensure smooth execution, clear accountability, and on‑time delivery of all content initiatives.
• Enforce quality control standards by personally reviewing all editor‑produced short‑form content to ensure alignment with approved strategic frameworks, creative guidelines, and performance objectives prior to publishing.
• Oversee content output and publishing cadence, maintaining consistent weekly volume across platforms and ensuring delivery targets are met.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage video editors, ensuring adherence to workflows, quality standards, feedback implementation, and turnaround expectations.
• Serve as the central communication point between editors, strategy, and operations teams to maintain alignment, clarity, and efficient execution across the content pipeline.
• Support day‑to‑day production operations, including content uploads, sourcing high‑performing or viral content, and gathering or preparing original media assets for editorial use.

Compensation

Base Salary: $72,000 annually

Compensation Review: Compensation will be reviewed following a 60‑day trial period based on performance and at Fixated’s discretion. Any adjustment is not guaranteed.

Performance-Based Incentive: Upon achieving a 150 million view month across pod‑managed channels, eligibility for a 5% net revenue commission may be unlocked. Commission eligibility is subject to approval and, if approved, may apply across eligible channels operated by your team.
