Lucky Girl Social, Village of Rockville Centre, NY, United States
Social Media Content Creator and Manager
Brand: The Lucy Vincent / Lucky Girl Social
Compensation: $4,000/month
Type: High‑commitment contract with opportunity for long‑term growth
Location: Hybrid preferred (2‑3 days in person a week)
The Role
This is not a basic social media manager position. We are hiring a Senior Content & Social Media Lead to own Lucy’s personal brand content end‑to‑end. This role blends strategy, creative direction, content creation, platform management, and analytics. Your responsibility is to turn Lucy’s personal brand into a high‑performing growth engine that drives visibility, authority, inbound demand, and long‑term leverage across the business.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a cohesive personal brand content strategy aligned with business goals, authority positioning, and lifestyle storytelling.
- Translate Lucy’s voice, vision, and messaging into platform‑native content.
- Build repeatable content series and formats that compound over time.
- Maintain a high bar for visual quality, clarity, and brand consistency.
Content Creation & Production
- Film in person four times per month (podcast clips, lifestyle content, behind‑the‑scenes, talking‑head videos, campaigns).
- Capture high‑quality short‑form and long‑form content.
- Create content personally while also overseeing production standards.
- Ensure podcast content is edited at a significantly higher level than basic clipping.
- Apply strong visual judgment across framing, pacing, design, and storytelling.
Platform Ownership & Publishing (21+ Posts per Week)
You will manage platform‑specific content strategy and execution across:
- Short‑form video
- Community and authority platforms
- Each platform requires native formatting, captions, hooks, and cadence. Content should be adapted intentionally rather than cross‑posted blindly.
Target output is approximately 21 posts per week across platforms.
Content Audit, Organization & Repurposing
- Review and catalog all existing content (podcasts, clips, posts, videos, archives).
- Identify evergreen assets that can be reused or repurposed.
- Build and maintain an organized content library.
- Create systems that reduce the need to recreate content unnecessarily.
This role is responsible for building long‑term content leverage.
Analytics, Optimization & Performance Reporting
- Track and analyze performance metrics across platforms.
- Identify which content builds awareness versus drives conversion.
- Use data to refine strategy, formats, and publishing decisions.
- Provide clear monthly insights and recommendations based on performance.
