Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

  • Lead Women’s Health’s social media strategy across key platforms to drive audience growth, engagement, and brand loyalty
  • Develop and maintain a cross-platform content calendar aligned with editorial priorities and business goals
  • Create and publish high-performing content, including writing captions and producing short-form video, aligned with wellness, fitness, beauty, and mental health topics
  • Collaborate with editorial, e-commerce, video, and branded content teams to execute social-first initiatives that drive clicks, shares, and conversions
  • Partner with influencers and creators to extend brand reach and build community
  • Monitor platform trends and experiment with new formats to stay ahead of the curve
  • Analyze performance data to inform strategy, using tools such as Dash Hudson, TrueAnthem, TikTok Business Suite, and Google Analytics
  • Support branded and paid social campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand voice and audience expectations

Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)

  • Minimum 3 years of professional social media experience, preferably at a health, fitness, or women-focused brand
  • Deep fluency in Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms, with a strong understanding of what drives reach and retention
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a knack for creating sharp, engaging social copy
  • Analytical mindset and experience using metrics to inform decision-making
  • Collaborative and proactive approach to cross-team partnerships
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced digital environment
  • Passion for the Women’s Health mission and the ability to authentically engage with topics around wellness, empowerment, and lifestyle
  • Hybrid role based in NYC with 4 days a week in the office

The base salary for this role is between $67,000 - $74,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
