Phison is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Event Planner to join our growing U.S. Marketing team in San Jose. This role supports the Event Manager in the planning and execution of Phison’s participation in key technology trade shows and industry events across the United States.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in event coordination within high‑tech industry, demonstrates strong project‑management and communication skills, and thrives in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring Phison’s brand presence, booth experience, and partner engagement are delivered with precision and consistency at every show.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Events Following Phison’s Corporate Event Guidelines: Ensuring consistency with brand standards and marketing goals. Coordinate with stakeholders (Product Marketing, PR, and BD teams) to align event content and messaging with ongoing product launches and corporate campaigns.
  • Communication: Manage vendor communication and support booth design, graphics production, and onsite experience to ensure brand consistency.
  • Establish and Maintain Vendor & Inventory Management System: Document approved suppliers, contracts, and performance records; track all booth properties, giveaways, swags, and collateral materials to ensure efficient usage and replenishment planning.
  • Oversee End‑to‑End Logistics Execution: Including event registration, booth setup, shipping coordination, travel arrangements, and catering support to ensure timely and seamless operations.
  • Support Budget Management: Obtain quotes, preparing purchase requests, and tracking expenses for timely approval and reconciliation.
  • Assist in Engagement Programs: Customer meetings, partner dinners, demo showcases, giveaways, and media activities.
  • Drive Event Data and ROI Tracking: Oversee lead capture and badge scan processes, collaborate closely with the BD team to qualify and follow up on leads, and maintain accurate CRM and KPI reports to evaluate event impact and support data‑driven marketing decisions.
  • Represent Phison Onsite: A reliable point of contact for partners, vendors, and venue coordinators.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Documenting of event processes, templates, and lessons learned to strengthen the Event Playbook and Guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, preferably in tech or B2B marketing.
  • Skill Set: Strong project management, multitasking, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred: Adoption and mastering of Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, SharePoint, or similar).
  • Travel: Domestically 2‑3 times per year to support event execution.

Salary Range

  • $72,000‑$80,000
