Lincoln Tech is seeking a Graphic Designer, who will be responsible for creating and enhancing the visual appeal of Lincoln's marketing materials. You will help build a strong employer brand and ensure clear external and internal communication. This is a hybrid role based in Parsippany, NJ.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least 3–5 years of graphic design/production experience in a Macintosh & Windows environment
• Functional knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, QuarkXPress, Flash, Dreamweaver, and Fireworks
• Knowledge of multimedia, HTML and web design
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with PowerPoint; experience with Microsoft XP and Macintosh X+ platforms
• Able to work effectively with internal sales and external vendors, including printers and press checks

Responsibilities

• Work with agencies to ensure synergistic designs and colors
• Create brochures, sell sheets, direct mail, internal and external sales materials, and promotional items
• Ensure a consistent and superior look and feel of all brands on all collateral
• Collaborate with Directors and the Creative Team to establish creative direction of all projects
• Produce all collateral material, including reprints, in a timely manner
• Provide in‑house graphic design support
• Proof all material prior to production, including TV edits and collateral changes
• Provide creative/art direction
• Ensure production of new graphics when needed for Corporate Exhibit Booths
• Work as part of a team in prioritizing workload and negotiating timelines for completion of work
• Develop design and production procedures
