The Role
We're looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Graphic Designer with video capabilities to bring our brand and campaigns to life across digital channels. This person will collaborate with our marketing and go-to-market teams to transform campaign strategy briefs and messaging into visually compelling assets that drive awareness, engagement, and demand.
This role is ideal for a designer who understands how great design contributes to pipeline and brand growth and who’s excited by the challenge of being our day-to-day marketing designer in a fast‑paced, purpose-driven B2B SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- Design Partner w/ Creative Director: Collaborate as a thought partner with the current design leader and marketing team and take ownership of creative execution across all marketing channels.
- Multi-channel design: Create compelling designs for digital marketing, ABM (custom content for high-value prospects), email, social, paid ads, content marketing, and the website that align with our brand and campaign goals. Must be well‑versed in Webflow and able to design and publish website updates and custom landing pages.
- Short‑form video and animation: Produce motion graphics, product clips, customer quotes, and case studies for use in digital campaigns and sales enablement.
- Brand stewardship: Maintain a unified and cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints by following existing Spoiler Alert brand guidelines.
- Content‑to‑design execution: Translate copy, messaging, and content into visually compelling assets that reflect and reinforce the Spoiler Alert brand.
- Cross‑functional support: Partner with teams across the company to design high‑impact internal and external materials.
- Sales collateral: Develop polished and persuasive materials that help drive revenue, including sales decks, one‑pagers, solution overviews, case studies, and proposal templates. This also extends to creating visually engaging presentations for sales prospects, Leadership Team speaking engagements, current customer business reviews, investor updates, and more.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio of B2B marketing work. You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, HubSpot, and Figma. You are familiar with Webflow CMS and have the ability to create and edit pages as well as templates in Webflow.
- Open to collaborate with the marketing and sales teams and can take feedback and turn drafts as needed.
- You are willing to work within the bounds of an existing brand, but understand how to strategically evolve and modernize the brand as the need arises.
- You can interpret campaign briefs, messaging and goals to create high‑impact work in a fast‑moving startup culture.
- You understand digital performance design principles (e.g., for landing pages, ads, email, etc.).
- Bonus: experience working in B2B SaaS, and/or CPG brands.
- C1 or C2 English proficiency level
