Responsibilities

  • Develop social media strategies and establish KPI’s across each platform
  • Oversee and manage planning, content calendars, reporting, and optimizations across all social platforms
  • Drive meaningful fan engagement with the Creative team and other cross-functional teams to create and/or leverage aspirational, on-brand
  • Manage relationship with agencies to grow brand awareness through influencer collaborations
  • Manage budgets and allocation of funds across social channels while closely monitoring and driving return on investment; provide timely and accurate campaign reporting
  • Design and develop a comprehensive influencer and gifting marketing strategy and establish program KPI’s in partnership with Brand Marketing (PR), ecommerce and Creative Teams
  • Own the outreach, negotiation, execution, onboarding, and ongoing communication with our influencers / ambassadors
  • Manage, coach and develop social media team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related field required
  • 5+ years of experience in social media/digital communications
  • 1+ years of experience building and executing social media strategy preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of social media platforms and digital communications strategies, including best practices, tools, and measurement
  • A strong storyteller, able to distill content into bite-sized social media captions and images that resonate on social media
  • Basic design skills (Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator); exceptional writing skills to deliver on a brand's voice on social
  • Proven ability to use analytics tools that track/measure success of campaigns and efforts
  • An understanding of user behavior and demographics per unique social media platform
