This role, a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist – Website & SEO, focuses on managing and optimizing website performance, executing advanced SEO strategies, and creating high‑impact, AI‑enhanced content that elevates user experience and brand visibility.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Website Management

  • Oversee day‑to‑day website operations, ensuring functionality, performance, and uptime.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX problems across digital sites and platforms based on best practices, customer feedback, analytics, and business objectives.
  • Provide timely, in‑depth analysis of web performance and OEM web applications to enhance marketing strategy.

Utilize AI‑powered tools to monitor and optimize website performance, automate site health checks, and deliver personalized user experiences through predictive analytics and behavioral insights.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies – keyword research, on‑page optimization, and technical audits – to improve organic rankings and drive traffic.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance and KPIs using tools like Google Analytics to ensure alignment with our Digital Excellence Program and annual targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce marketing campaigns and journey experiences that increase traffic and drive activation, adoption, and retention of our eCommerce and digital applications.
  • Partner with the Paid Media Specialist to align organic and paid strategies, ensuring cohesive messaging, optimized landing pages, and data‑driven insights.

Leverage AI‑driven tools and insights to forecast traffic trends, automate reporting, and align organic and paid campaigns for maximum performance and ROI.

Website Content Development

  • Create, edit, and publish engaging, SEO‑friendly content for web pages, blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to support campaigns and product launches, creating impactful marketing journeys that drive traffic and strengthen activation, adoption, and retention.

Harness AI‑powered content optimization tools to improve content quality and predict engagement trends.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Web Management, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on website management and SEO.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), HTML/CSS basics, and SEO tools.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics and other reporting tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design.
  • Knowledge of PPC and paid media is a plus.
