STUDIO V Architecture is a design driven studio-based architectural and urban practice located in New York City. Our practice is dedicated to creating innovative contemporary architecture and urban design that seeks to reinvent the potential of the 21st century city.

The focus of our practice is new buildings, innovative adaptive re‑use, creative public spaces, and the transformation of urban edges, gaps, and interstices to make communities more sustainable, resilient, and livable.

We are seeking a talented project manager with solid experience, design confidence, and technical acumen to turn ideas into reality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years work experience in creative firms for architecture and urban planning
• 5-year Bachelor of Architecture Degree / Master of Architecture degree a plus
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a project team and maintain project schedule and budget
• Experience with all phases of a project – concept through construction administration
• Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task
• Ability to build relationship with clients, manage project expectations and problem solve
• Strong command of NYC building codes, zoning regulations
• Technical proficiency with REVIT, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Cloud, Bluebeam, Procore
