You’ll set the tone for a collaborative, high-energy team focused on guest service, entertainment, and adaptability. In this evolving role, you’ll supervise daily operations, uphold department and regulatory standards, resolve guest complaints, and support ongoing training, and employee engagement while helping shape the future of live streaming at MGM Grand.
