The UX Researcher role is focused on specialized user experience research within the retail sector, emphasizing digital VOC feedback and user testing. The role involves championing the research team by managing digital Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback using tools like Medallia and user testing platforms to support future studies in AI, personalization, and customer experience enhancement.
Responsibilities
- Direct the collection and management of digital VOC feedback, utilizing tools such as Medallia and other user testing platforms.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to guide research initiatives that enhance customer experiences.
- Conduct studies that focus on AI, personalization, and the optimization of digital touchpoints.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on research findings to support strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and methodologies in UX research, particularly within the retail sector.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as UX design, human-computer interaction, or psychology.
- 2-5 years of experience specializing in retail UX research.
- Strong capability in in-house user testing.
- The research roadmap includes future-oriented studies (looking towards 2026), with a focus on AI and personalization, which are still in early conceptual stages.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, FigJam, and other user testing software.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Outstanding communication skills, allowing the clear presentation of complex research findings.
