What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead technical pitches and deliver high-level presentations focused on video room solutions
• Conduct consultative discovery sessions to assess customer AV infrastructure and needs
• Develop tailored hardware and solution designs, including Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Support account teams by addressing technical barriers and providing strategic insights
• Serve as a liaison between field experiences and product management for continuous improvement

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, or AV Consulting with a focus on Unified Communications and Collaboration or Video Conference Rooms
• In-depth technical knowledge of video hardware ecosystems and integration with cloud software
• Strong understanding of network requirements and software configuration
• Proven ability to navigate the sales cycle and communicate business value effectively
• Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with specific video hardware brands such as Logitech, Poly, Yealink, and Jabra
• Background in mentoring sales teams or enhancing technical acumen across departments
• Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools and competitive products in the market
